          Hawaii-born Yvonne Elliman is well remembered for her originating role as Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar. Five years as a guitarist and background vocalist for Eric Clapton soon followed, prompting her to embark on a solo career. Her incredible talent and artistic style has allowed her to work with some of the biggest names in music - Steve Cropper, Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb, Stephen Bishop, Phil Cody, and Neil Sedaka to name just a few. She is best known for hits like "Love Me," "I Can't Get You Out Of My Mind," "Moment By Moment," and the Grammy Award winning hit "If I Can't Have You."

          Today, Yvonne continues to delight audiences around the world with her unique style and newly defining songs. Her latest recording, a 4-track EP entitled "Simple Needs," was released in 2004.
